The other day many of you were amazed by the pricy eggs I told you about on the Odd Ball Challenge
This is what I Made With Those $8 a Dozen Eggs
From the whites I created big smiles with 2 Clementine Cakes
I had 1 dozen perfect yokes left
So I made lemon curd using my own home grown Myers Lemons and a lot of stirring
For the Walter Mitty Clementine Cake go here
For the lemon curd go here
I wish that I had a scratch & sniff monitor. The cake looks delicious, Carol.

You and the Lioness can create your own smell. You don’t need $8 eggs.

It is a cake to remember, Carol—much more than the ingredients is the love that went into the bowl.

I had to have something to put the goats on so they why not a cake. There is a picture of my daughter trying to blow them out. The Goats are a long standing joke among her friends.
