I love all of your photos, Carol. Is that your daughter?
I hope she’s given you some more gluten free dessert recipes.
Happy Week and Belated Mother’s Day wishes.

Thanks Isadora, That is my daughter and her new husband. We had take out from a 3 Star Chinese restaurant that included gluten free onion cakes and my favorite Tea Smoked Duck with plum sauce. Enough for left overs. I couldn’t ask for more nor could my waist line.
I hope you had a good day too.

It sounds like your a the best day ever.
I had a very relaxing day with hubby making me a wonderful breakfast and dinner. I couldn’t possibly fit lunch in when he makes breakfast. Ahhhh …. spoiled and loving it. 😎BTW … the beautiful mixer in my Clementine post was my MD gift. I’m enjoying it immensely. : )

I used to be able to sleep in. For some reason I rise early but do seem to have the ability to take naps. AND … wake up refreshed. I’ll take it any way I can. : )

Oh, it’s a problem for me to sleep in the day and then get back to sleep at night usually. Cat naps might work.
