Beautiful buds, Carol. When we lived in western Colorado the quince was always the first to bloom, usuall in February, followed by Forsythia and Crocuses. Nice memories.

I love flowering trees. They are such a sign of life. We do not get any until March except for the occasional forsythia bloom in December. 🙂
