Nature is the theme Lens Artist saying we often need to get out of the city to appreciate its wonders. However, the Full Moon rise over the Berkeley Hills was a glorious rare womder, clouds from a departing storm in the East caught the light of the setting sun and lit up the sky below the rising Moon. Wow!
There wasn’t time to get up a Hill for a better vantage point. The only editing I did was erase the power lines. Here’s an unzoomed perspective with power lines, that gives the whole picture
Earlier the same day I came across this majestic plum tree in bloom somewhere in those sams Hills from where the moon is rising

We have an ancient plum tree at the top of the hill behind our house but haven’t had a harvest for the last 30 years. It still provides some beautiful shade.

Pretty flowers too probably…our backyard plum tree is also getting a little lomg in the tooth…if one can say that about a tree?
