This decision by the Supreme Court was why Trump was elected in the first place…to stack the court. I blame McConnel some too, for not allowing a vote on Obama’s nomination because he had ‘only’ a year left in his term, but accepting and pushing through THREE of Trump’s nominations regardless of timing. So political. So obvious. So wrong.
