I do believe Happy Produce qualifies as Light Words.

Visions of sugar beets dance in my head every time I drive by.  It’s so much fun to say “These apples are from Happy Produce.” They also have many exotic fruits and vegetables, and there is always a Chinese Soap Opera playing on the little TV over the check out counter. It’s a whole cultural experience. I hope the photos capture some of the flavor.

This is in honor of Chinese New Year which begins tomorrow Jan.23. 2012. It is also known as Lunar New Year or Spring Festival. The San Fransisco Bay Area as the largest celebration outside of China, so I hope to bring you more colorful images and inspirations.
