Prepare to dive in
swim around the pillions
look up at the towers lost
in the clouds on Treasure Island where
there could be pirates in the forest
who is the man in the middle of the street
what will the cement truck build
will this poem stand up without the photo
no matter we won’t get home
without paying the toll-taker
for now we are suspended
above the fog in San Francisco.
For Annie and Lonnie who were there when I took the pictures.

I love your photo, taken at one of my favorite spots. Usually I can make your photographs really large on my 27 inch screen and they look even better (if that is possible!!) but with this one I could not. Did you do something different? It is bigger than the email photo, but not as big as usual.

Carol, Did you open the blog on line. That may help. I must confess I had to crop this pic to get the effect I wanted. That may be why. So glad you like this photo.
I was so glad to get this shot. I have always loved this view but never could get it because a truck would be in the way,I had no camera or the windshield was dirty. This time it all worked out.
