Puffin Fluffin’ for Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge

The puffins reviled  and ruffled when they made it rain on their exhibit at the Monterrey Bay Aquarium. Not the classic puffin image but I think they’re just right for Cee’s  Odd Ball Photo Challenge.

I sure would run out and celebrate if someone would make it rain here in California right now! It’s the driest January in history.
