I went in close to photograph the Spanish lavender in the bright afternoon sun and was joined by a bee. You could say I was photo bombed by a bee. Of course she added to the beauty of the moment. She stuck around for more portraits.
I image the honey will taste wonderful!

Hi Carol — I really like how the light makes some parts of the Spanish lavender almost translucent, and how the fuzz on the plants echoes the fuzz on the bee.
