Love your goldfinches. Mine are very active right now too, eating a LOT of thistle seed and making a general mess of the deck, but I don’t care, they’re so pretty even in their winter feathers.

I’ve never had so many beautiful golden goldfinches. I must have gotten the right flavored thistle. However husband had to make a seed catcher because the mess was attracting mice and rats😱.
