My lunch of 4 lengua street tacos from the local taco truck. What’s for lunch? Interesting inexpesive and tasty choices. I was please to find cabeza and lengua so close to home, Bierria is goat.I Live just up the hill.. The taco truck is a new land mark our small town is very proud of even if it is in an alley next to a bar maybe that’s the best part. No it’s the food.Ask the shy but enthusiastic couple waiting for lunch. I wonder what they will choose? What will you have? Tongue, goat or…?
ohhh, your lunch looks heavenly!! the prices are reasonable…another plus. i love those lunch wagons and usually the people running them are fun to talk with. 🙂
I have read about the explosion of food trucks, but have not ventured into this culinary arena. Yet. One hesitation I have is that I do not like to eat standing up. Although I have fond memories of fantastic ears of corn bought on the street in Santa Fe.
Oh Santa Fe, I need to go back, it’s been to long! We grab these taco’s and run home. A lot of the fancy SF Food Trucks have tables around them. Not here. I’ve seen people setting on top of there cars here, not me 😉
