Remember when we used to fly kites? Usually the plain old trianglular kites of a box kite. Had the long tails and they swirled around. As kids we didn’t think a lot about it, but I bet there were adults watching in the park that thought the tails were writing in the sky.

Maybe so? I swear we made triangle kites with newspaper…were you in on that?

I cant remember making them with newspaper, but I can remember patching them with newspaper if they tore.
