Now Carol, do you remember “The Hit Parade” on television?? I was pretty young and do remember it, but you would even be younger. Of course our folks watched it EVERY week. Again, that was the “good old days” wasn’t it. So many good shows!!

Oh my goodness … the video reminded me of the big shows Ed Sullivan used to put on. I was a baby, of course. ~~~~~ : – ) It’s what made me love dancing.
Love the interpretation for the 2 challenges.

Ed Sullivan now that is a name from the past! Did you see the Beatles on his show? Glad you enjoyed my double dip 🙂

I was out of the country when the Beatles were arriving in the states. I never got to see them until I got back. I might be one of the only people who doesn’t get excited about them. I feel bad about that. Somehow, I missed something by being away.

Carol, that is quintessential 1950’s television music! I also remember the Beatles on Ed Sullivan; my father couldn’t stand the ES show so I watched them on the little TV in my parents’ bedroom. Good thing too, since I was so excited that I jumped up and down and cried 🙂
