Spider Woman Writes
Sorry.
no perfect dewy be-jeweled web this year
only a ragged tether
rocking the leaf
weaving an orange, orange, red
semaphore farewell
to my home
to brightness.
All that is left is
wind and
wings and
air.

I so wanted to show you the fluttering leaf caught in the spider’s web…maybe you see it.
Which image tells the story for you?

I am definitely drawn to the second image, which has a fairytale quality to it. Happy Photo Challenge.

Thanks that’s a lovely way of looking at it. The dark forrest Snow White was taken to, perhaps.
Happy Monday.

Hi Carol. Great permutations! They really have such different effects. The first one is so clear and detailed. The second one seems like an illustration. Both are great!
