Oops! I started to correct the red-eye before I remembered today’s Weekly Photo Challenge is all about celebrating the imperfect. Back in the day, when I taught high school art “Oops” was the first thing I taught because water spilled and projects broke no matter how careful we were. It also probably stopped a few gang wars where I taught.
Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone (World Leaders) could practice the mindful Oops!

Sometimes if a photograph is perfect much of the emotion has been lost from it. What matters a bit of red eye when you have captured a family scene worth remembering.
