For Day 5 of Develop Your Eye Capture Motion: Every May 1st I work to get the Morris Dancers arms raised with ribbons and white handkerchiefs flying. This is one of my favorites.
Day 6 Develop Your Eye: Landscape Today, take a picture of a landscape. Focus on the gestalt — the entire setting as a whole — rather than a specific subject or focal point within the scene. The setting itself is the star.
I was remembering an Ansel Adams landscape-big sky above a narrow band of earth below-when I took this photo of Point Isabel below a swirling sky last Winter.
Light Words 
Love the big sky shot. Clouds are one of my favorite “subjects”. Also looks a lot like the farm land around Ponca City.
