Guacamole with grasshoppers
We tasted and photographed a wide variety of guacamole while in Mexico. The grasshopper guacamole was the best! All this for this weeks Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge Light Green

never heard of grasshopper guac – but mmmmm – love guac and I bet it added in some protein – anyhow, love the heart cactus too

Congratulations on having your images featured by Cee, well done! The cactus reminds me of my stay in Malta, they called it the prickly pear cactus, the fruit seedy, but very tasty and refreshing.

We call them prickly pears here to in Mexico and California. We eat the fruit and cactus pads, after taking the spines off. Very Tasty.
