I love the manatee ornament. I remember the first time that I saw one in a south Florida canal. It was doing a Loch Ness monster type of roll in front of me and I didn’t see the head, just a tail flip at the end. Fun memories.
Thanks, Carol.

So happy to inspire fun memories. I actually didn’t see any yet.
Your Rout 66 inspired fond memories for me. We drove from Oklahoma to San Diego on 66 in 1952 camping in a big canvas tent along the way. 🙂 🙂 🙂
Have you shared any stories from that trip in ’52? What an adventure that must have been. Just dealing with those old canvas tents must have been tiring.

I was only 6. I will have to dig into my mind for memories of that trip. Good idea

I particularly love the coffee pot! Nice angle, uncluttered background except for the cord which is perfect.

The coffee pot is from a display of antique appliances at a local diner. Thanks 😀
