Cats cradle in the apple tree
Well that’s what I imagined when I saw the mocking bird manipulating the string this morning. The sting wasn’t there last night. A lot goes on out there in our way back when we aren’t looking, for instance Monday I came out to find a 5 foot tall artichoke flattened.

What’s left of the Artichoke

I thought deer, possums, raccoons, but I suspect Space Aliens. Should I report it to the Trumpd Alien Hot Line?

Trying to figure these mysteries sure has me Knackered That’s the word for today daily post not sure I’m using it right but I thought the WP community would enjoy these Friday Funnies

  1. Oh that is so funny! Si, someone/something took an out-of-control crash landing, leaving tidbits in its wake! How dare it smash that lovely garden!

Seeing the nasturtiums – oh wow, how I love those happy flowers and leaves!

  2. Thanks for the chuckle today, Carol. That string in the trees might well be a snag from the Alien’s apparel. They are probably in Fairfax by now.

      1. Just so’s you know: When Viacom was our Cable TV provider their computer showed my name on the monthly statement as: Alien Smorra. It stayed that way for almost 20 years until Comcast took over and a former neighbor of ours went to work there. She spotted the error and “corrected” it for us. Oh well, it was funny while it lasted.

        1. Of gee great story! Do you have any of the bills? Those would be treasures or or a good laugh. You really could re reported to the Hotline as an actual alien. I’ll ne thinking about this for a while 😂😂😂
