Be Ye Nurtured by Nature
If there aren’t there ought to be studies that say being outside in fresh air and sunshine is good for you. All us moms have said it one time or other “go outside and play!” We circumnavigated the shopping center in the sunshine yesterday. The day before we were out bird watching. Maybe it’s the unseasonably warm weather that draws me to these adventures I’m trying to soak up sunshine before i get soaked by rain. How about you, what do you do to winterize?
We have had some beautiful days with wonderful low angle sunlight recently. (It’s raining now.)
I love the quality of the light in your photo.

Yes I love the low light angle this time of year. Look close Jim’s in there among the laves. Rain send me some.

The past few days have been beautiful here — cool at night and early morning, then warming up nicely. I love the lighting at this time of year. We are behind in the watering area — we could use some rain! Thank you for sharing with Nurturing Thursday!!

There are tons of studies about the health benefits of spending time outdoors. But as you say, moms always knew that anyway!

I suspected there were many studies of this Mom wisdom. Thanks for the conformation.

Just commented on the wrong post. I will say that winter is the worst. I get ready for it by whining about how much I hate being cold.

That works. I’m partial to whinnying. Something satisfying about a good glass of whine. 😏 wink.
