When my daughter went gluten free I had to find a cake for all those important occasions. I remembered the Clementine cake in The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty and sure enough the recipe was online. It’s just Almond flour eggs and Clementines. My daughter made it for her recent birthday. Ok here’s the recipe Shh don’t tell anyone
