LOL funny you should ask, Carol. My 2nd attempt at making the cake was when I was going to a friends house. I was in a hurry to get it done. When I mixed the microwaved clementines into the eggs batter, the eggs sort of cooked. Had to start all over again. I was better at it the first time but I won’t make that mistake again. LOLOL Have a super great weekend … Isadora 😎
