Thanks to Becky for hosting 30 Days Of Square Roofs all June long, it came just in time to share my trip aboard.
I’ll end back no,e with a couple of California Specials. First a Geodesic Dome built from a kit bought directly from Buckminster Fuller.

Not too far away still in Sonoma Country is Amy’s Organic Fast Food with an Organic Roof.

In case I missed a roof or two here’s a million or so. if you saw the Movie Coco you will have seen this view of all the roofs of Guanajuato Mexico

Nice photos, Carol. We almost built a dome home in Colorado but had problems getting a suitable spot that would allow it.

Why didn’t they want domes? This one is balanced on the edge of a small canyon.

Location was the sticking point. The places that we could build one were too far away from schools & towns for us at the time.

Schools and town are important. Now maybe not so much. Hospitals and emergency rooms maybe at our age hehe
