One Word Sunday wants me to show you something Vertiginous.Debbie Smyth gave us to views virago producing views of the London Shard. My photo of it is from the middle of the Themes is less dramatic but you get an idea of size .

What an interesting totem pole at Albany Beach! And you captured a beautiful image of one of my very favorite buildings.

They remodeled the beach (why?) the totem pole is gone.sadly.

You’ve captured the height so well – not so easy to do, as I found out in trying to capture my own vertiginous image.

And the totem pole is not very tall. I wish I remembered how I did it. Yes ants eye view is hard to do.

Great choices. The London shot certainly shows the scale of the Shard and sets its position well. And I love. the totem pole.

Thanks. We had hoped to go up in the Shard for tea but ran out of time.
The totem is not at all tall.
