Terri of Sunday Stills asked How Festive are You? Very is my answer. For years I’ve done a big birthday/Christmas party with the house packed full of people. One year my best friend showed up after just getting married at the Justice of the Peace so like Terri I took a wedding snapshot.

This time of year is the Festival of Lights from the Solstice Sunset to brilliantly outrageously decorated houses.

Festive indeed, Carol! Is your birthday this month, too? So many fun festive images here! I like the images of the other celebrations as well. Those San Diego neighborhoods know how to light up their streets. I got to see a house last December while I was there for a short weekend–it was quite the show! Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays and hope you can share a 2023 year-in-review post starting Dec 31.

My Birthday is this Saturday! I celebrated last week before the rains started so we could be outside. One of these days we will get to meet up in person in San Diego for the lights. Year in review!? Photos do help remember (mostly the good stuff)
