sometimes the mind play tricks
with just the whiff of jasmine or
the flash of bright wings
I pack my bags and leave
while I am standing
in line for my morning coffee.
I long for such an unexpected
vacation.
Xochimilco Mexico, the floating gardens, had been my bucket list since I saw pictures of it in my high school Spanish Book It did not disappoint.

I totally agree…it is so odd how even a smell can send you back into a memory! Love when that happens~! =) So happy to have you play in FWF! Hope to see you back next week!

Sent is the sense most related to to memory I do believe, don’t you? I have had fun playing with you. I just have a very specific objective for Light Words It’s great fun when we synchronize 🙂

I know what you mean. Wouldn’t it be nice if we really could? The memories will suffice, though.

Xochimilco is one of the wonderful places in the world. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit there a couple of times.
