Daily Post asked for us to show Help. I’m stretching it but I believe the musicians that play back up with a singer do a lot more more than just help. Bobby Black has played with the likes of Commander Cody and The New Riders of the Purple Sage so we were thrilled to hear him play with our friend John McCord at John’s CD release party Saturday night. You can hear John’s new songs on CD Baby. Now here is Bobby Black on his own.

He is so good!! I appreciate “real” music from “real” instruments. I really despise the music now from the electronic keyboards that is supposed to sound like the “real” things. By the way Carol. Remember when I used to play the steel guitar?? You may have been to young then. I still have it . . . way in the back of our closet. I haven’t even tried to play it in over 55 years. Maybe I could do that again in my spare time. lol

Somewhere in the back of my mind I remember you playing the steel guitar, but it is burred very very deep. Don’t laugh it might be fun to get it out and play it…I had a guitar and sold it a long time ago but after listening to these guys I wanted it back.
