Square Dancing
Let’s Square Dancing to Creedence!

The irony is not lost on me: yesterday I publish a post all about positivity followed by today’s with” Bad Moon Rising”.  That’s why I’ve included the happy square dancers. Just imagine them dancing to Creedence Clearwater Revival.

Now for some more silliness to antidote Friday the 13th:

My Connection to CCR: 1.John and Tom Fogarty went to El Cerrito High School which is the next town North of our home in Albany, CA  One friend even claims CCR rehearsed in a cabin on their property. 2. Our daughter took guitar in high school with a guy who was in a band with Tom. Boy howdy, did he tell the kids all about it every day, but he was a good teacher. 3. A while back my husband helped repair the Chinese market this album cover was photographed in front of.  I hope you are laughing and dancing around it’ll increases the endorphins 😀 😀 😀

PS: I can’t help think of the folks on the Jersey Shore and Colorado when I hear the line “there’s a hurricane a blowin'” Once we get up our energy dancing, we all can pass on some of love to these poor folks, or whoever you thinks needs it.

Happy and Safe Weekend and One and All!,

Carol

  3. Ahhhhh…. Love Creedence songs…so many great songs! So many parties where we danced to those songs! Oh, Berkeley days! (H. grew up there and went to college there…we’re just east, through the tunnel now : ) ) Love Bad Moon Rising! (also misheard as “there is a bathroom on the right… 😀 )
