CEE’s Fun Foto Challenge Metal and Wood came along just as I began to notice how beautifully these rose vines wrapped around the handrail. Probably because the leaves have fallen away.

It’s a 25 year old Cecil Brunner rose. They can get really big and are covered with tiny pink blossoms in May. But a few just bloomed this week.

25 years, wow! I have been playing with the Helsinki pak and am having fun with it. The light leaks vary with the choice of flash and that has captured my attention this week.
