Yes poor kitties.We’ve had a few in our yard. Tried to tame them with no luck. Took them to a shelter finally.

I love the color in the second photo. Is that a Chinese Fringe Flower?

I have no idea what this flower is. It is a ground cover shrub along around an apartment building. Chinese fringe flowers is a good name for it.
