Hay I thought of you yesterday as i watched Kite Surfers at the Albany Bulb. I posted a couple of pics today.
Man It takes strength to hang on to those kites!!! Do you do that???!

I did, saw the three cosmic entities! I windsurf, where the sail is attached to a bigger board. Both sports have a way to attach us to a harness, so a little upper body strength is good!
