The statues where there as part of an art installation. They are Peace Warriors. They do seem otherworldly. Perhaps I need to label the image.

What I remember is that it was a Japanese Artist displaying his work around the world. They look like Twilight Zone beings. Or Area 51. We were just having lunch and saw them being installed v
