Last night we watched the San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade on TV . It’s a major cultural event around here . Below is a photo from my Daughter’s trip to China last fall, they were given an opportunity to dress up in traditional costumes after a Chinese Opera.
Firecrackers decorate doors for good luck in the New Year. It’s the year of the RAT and I have no photos of them
