She Who Surrenders To The Rain
She neither fights or flees.
She tends and befriends
whatever comes her way.
Made of Earth and Fire,
She dances with Air and Water,
She sings the song of the First Rain.
She is my teacher.
By Carol Carlisle
It did rain last night as predicted by the crows I wrote about yesterday. More noise and fury than moisture last night but with it came the blessed assurance of change. Everything is temporary. Fear Not. I posted this earlier this year but it is something I need to be remained of now and so I thought you might need this blessing too. May you be refreshed.

You’re so poetic and soulful this week! I can use all the blessings and refreshings I can get.
