At the end of October, a time we call Halloween or all Hallows Eve,
it is said the veil between the worlds grows thin, our thoughts shift turn towards the Ancestors … We observe our past, our present with discernment and compassion. We see the connection energies that bind us and our actions to our community, our world, and we open to vision and insight for moving forward into a new time. (Some of these words are from Wemoon starcode.
I am thinking of my Grandmother Kerlisa Jane Camp. She wrote every day of her life letters to me when I was tiny, when she lived with us she wrote to her sisters, then as they left this world she did cross word puzzles. She had binders full of answers and clues. Long gone now I believe it must be her spirit that keeps me writing Light Words day.

I love your blog. My grandmothers were so very special to me too. I am glad you are keeping the words flowing and flowing. Blessed be; Barbara

The nine women who are my guides are very present these days, teaching me to relax into the knowing that is mine, to relax and trust.

They seem to guide you in word weaving as well. May that connection stay strong through the coming days. Blessed be.

Ah, another memory from the past. I remember your Grandmother Kerlisa well. I think all of us who had grandmother’s that we remember well probably think they were the greatest thing ever. And guess what, they were! I just hope that I can be remembered by my grandchildren the same way. Sure am trying to be that for them. ANYWAY, we grandparents are push-overs. lol

I liked your way of saying…”Looking Toward the Ancestors”… Some days it seems as if a certain one is with me all day… Isn’t that the most wonderful feeling?…mkg
