It is pretty wonderful to be stuck in traffic and to look up to be surprised by San Fransisco City Hall. Because Jakesprinters suggested we post something wonderful this week I rolled down my window and snapped this building brightly lit against an early evening sky. It reminds me of a wedding cake and it so just happens many people come here to get married.

Great interpretation for this week theme Carol ,Thanks for sharing 🙂

You have captured one of my favorite sights. I feel so lucky to live in San Francisco and be able to see this frequently. Going downtown via Fulton street seems to give the best view, first from a distance and then closer up. (maybe that is not the street!!! Correct me, it may be another one, Golden Gate???)

I was on a Van Ness. I think it is the back of city hall. Just such a nice surprise. I don’t like driving in the city, maybe because I’m always getting on or off the bay bridge. 😉
