Ancient Cathedral built on the site of an even older Pyramid, Mexico City. Jake
Asked us to think of architecture a social Art form.
The spider is an Excellent Architect, but not a very social being.
Is arachnid and architect from the same root word? Come on Sunday Challenge folks, someone should know!

Beautiful entry my friend i really enjoy it .Thanks for sharing your stunning photography here.

I’ve seen that spider on my property! but alas, no stone walls like these. There is a connection between arachnid and architect in the Hebrew language it would seem.

Architect derives from the Latin architectus, which derives from the Greek arkhitekton (arkhi-, chief + tekton, builder), i.e., chief builder
Arachnids are a class (Arachnida) a term derived from the Greek word ἀράχνη (aráchnē), meaning “spider”
Completely UN related ~ Great pic of the cathedral though !!! 🙂

Both are from the French, but they have different root words. Although, the spider branch of the arachnid family are great architects!
