I plant sweet peas ievery February 2nd. I use to plant them outside but squirrel and blue jay just thought I was feeding them So now I start them in little posts to give these little sweeties a fighting chance.

  1. How “sweet”…My husband was nicknamed “Sweetpea” when he was a baby…
    When I visited his family for the first time and heard them calling him that…it was a little comical but, also sweet…since he was a grown man in the army…

  2. I remember my dad planting several rows of sweet peas at his huge garden in Tonkawa. Sure had a lot of peas!! Still think you need to get Jim to take your picture dancing around. Especially one of those little pots. lol Gee, bet he would do that for you. If he will, send me an 8×10 of it. Hee, hee A little early to be planting sweet peas here, so I guess I won’t dance around!!
